How to Check In for Grand Rounds, Case Conference, and/or Live activities:

1.  Via mobile app – in your browser search CloudCME® check in or CloudCME® mobile app and download to your Apple or Android device(s) to access the check-in menu and scan a QR code. This app also features mobile access to your transcripts, access to the calendar of events, and many other exciting features!

2. Via text message – A distinct code will be provided for each Grand Rounds, Case Conference, and/or Live activities.

Please note, attendance can only be recorded during the activity and up to 60 minutes after the activity closes.

Using Your CloudCME Profile

1. Update Your Profile - To update your demographics information, simply hover over the “My CME” option in the menu bar, and click "Profile." A form will load and it will preload all of the existing data for your account. Make any changes needed and click “Submit” at the bottom of the form to save your data. Reminder: Your SWIDME profile must be complete with the below information if you would like your accreditation data to be submitted to the Idaho State Board of Medicine decreasing your administrative reporting burden and enabling you to spend less time tracking and uploading CME credits.

Birth Month and Birth Day – this information allows the system to better ensure that credits are properly applied to the correct individual.
Maintenance of Certification – be sure to check “Yes” if you’ll be claiming MOC points. If you check “Yes,” you’ll be asked to select the MOC Board(s) and enter your Diplomate ID.
State Licenses – list all state license information, including the type, license number, and expiration date.
Permission Statement – this is at the bottom of the profile screen. Check the box providing permission for SW ID AHEC to share your information. If you do not check this box, your information will not be shared directly with ACCME or the Idaho State Board of Medicine.

2. View Upcoming Courses - you can view upcoming Grand Rounds activities by clicking on the "Grand Rounds" tab and Joint Provider activities by clicking on the "Courses" tab. Click the "Details" button to see more information on a specific course. You can then click on the expandable bars (Overview, Registration, Faculty, etc) to hide or show more information about the activity.

3. Retrieving CME Credit - from the home screen, hover over "My CME" then click "Evaluations & Certificates." The screen will refresh and all CME activities where your attendance was recorded will appear here. In order to receive credit, you must complete the evaluation associated with each activity. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will be able to view and download certificates from this page.
